Reagents

• Hoechst 33258 (ThermoFisher cat# H3569, 10mg/ml in H2O)
• Deionized H₂O

Stock

• 250µg/ml in DI H₂O (975µl DI H2O + 25µl 10mg/ml Hoechst for 1.0ml of stock)

Staining

Dilute stock 62.5:1 in cell suspension for final dilution of 4µg/ml (e.g. add 16µl of stock solution to 1ml of cell suspension). Add just before running on flow cytometer.
